Hello,
Today i bring you the Second Part of my Old Town Project. It's a commercial complex with luxury apartments on the upper floors. There are three restaurants on the lot : a Moroccan Restaurant, a Fish N Chips and a Corsican Bistro.
The Little Corsican is a Functional Restaurant which I converted from a TS3 Rabbit Hole.
To have the exact look of the complex in my pictures, you'll need to
place the building ON THE CORNER OF A STREET.
For those who have
Apartment Life, you could use
“ Shopping and Apartments on the same Lot Mod”.
I've tested it in my game and it worked fine. Let me know if there is any problem, please.
